Delivery

The delivery period will be a maximum of 3 – 4 working days from the completion of the purchase and includes a transportation cost. The delivery of orders will be made at the address indicated by the customer

Defect Item Issue (online)

If the item sold has any technical or product defect, a courier will be arranged by Cool Planet to pick up the item & the cost of courier will be borne by Nick Nack or it can be exchanged at any Nick Nack store.

 

Online Purchase Refunds

1. Online purchased refunds will be refunded within 7 working days after you returned or cancelled the order.

2. If you return or cancel an order, the paid price of the product will be refunded to you to the same payment method you used to make the purchase and your original payment method may take additional time to process the funds.

3. A refund will be initiated for the return amount once the returned package reaches our store or warehouse and the product meets the conditions of our “Return and Exchange Policy”
