Return and Exchange Policy
1.Following requirements need to be fulfilled for accepting an item in exchange.
- The item needs to be returned within 7 days from the date of sale along with the original bill/invoice.
- The item returned must be in its original fully resalable condition, with all the tags & packaging (if any). (Price tags, Wash tags, Brand labels, etc.)
- The item returned needs to be in its original condition and not used, damaged, or washed.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: NICKNACK, 171, Highlevel Road, Maharagama (Receiver: Nicknack Online Manager)
- No cash refunds are made under any circumstance.
- The selling price of an Item sold based on an online promotion will be based on the promotional price when exchanged.
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damage complaints must be raised within 48 hours of receiving shipment and company will not be liable for complaints raised after this period.
If the item sold has any technical or product defect, a courier will be arranged by the company to pick up the item & the cost will be borne by the company.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded your full payment within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
